About Renata Novais

I'm a full stack developer who likes the feeling of creating new solutions and the challenge of solving problems in a simple, practical and efficient way. Despite more experience working on the front-end, I really appreciate tasks that involve the entire process, making the union between front-end, back-end and database. I'm interested in learning more about building serverless applications and using AWS services.I'm passionate about technology and the possibilities for transformation it creates. But I am concerned about preventing it from becoming another instrument for increasing inequality of opportunities and, therefore, I seek to support initiatives that go against this possibility. I'm co-organizer of a women's collective, ElasCodam, which aims to support and encourage more women to migrate to careers in technology.I feel comfortable working with HTML, CSS, VanillaJS, ReactJS (with Hooks, Redux and Context API), NodeJS (using express), Python, Java, SQL, MongoDB, AWS Services and Git. I appreciate agile methodologies and intersection with product design team, using Zeplin and Figma.
