About Renata Salomao

Eleven years experience in the field of sales and project management, working for multinational companies specialized in building equipment and implementing projects in the hydroelectric segment. During the eleven years, got knowledge correlated to project management, price composition, scheduling, contracts, concepts of engineering, process manufacturing, supply chain, quality assurance. Main function was to coordinate the proposal team for creating technical and commercial proposals completely aligned with customer requirements and at the same time respecting all the directives of the company with the technical proposal carrying the most effective solution in terms of engineering stds and profitability for all the involved stakeholders. During this period, negotiated all the types of projects with scope varying from small turbine and generator components up to complete machines with contract values in the magnitude of $1M to $50M located in many different places as Canada, US, Japan, Germany, Austria, Brazil and Argentina. Native speaker of Portuguese but also full professional proficiency in English and Spanish. Moved to United States beginning of 2014 to assume the offer project manager position in local market. Before, assumed similar positions in countries as Brazil and Argentina. End of 2016, moved for personal reasons to Knoxville - TN from York - PA. In October 2017, started to work as Proposal Manager in American Governor in Maynardville - TN.
