I am a driven and compassionate healthcare professional with 22 years of hands-on experience with Community-based services. I have experienced many changes in setting over the years in communication with residential group homes, in-home care, school-based, Community interactions, Assisted Living Centers, Rehabilitation Centers, Outreach, Crisis Recovery, and hospital setting type of environments. I am accountable and responsible with a strong focus on consumer wellness. As a Behavioral Health Specialist a Qualified Professional, and becoming a CADC-I (Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor), I work closely with community consumers. I am experienced in directing administrative and personnel matters for Mental Health and Substance Abuse clients. I am reliable in administrative work as well as customer service within retail. I have the gift of being a strong problem-solver with excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
