About Renate M.

I am a qualified coach supporting international talents on their individual journeys towards their private and professional goals. Alongside working as a career coach at Spiced Academy Berlin, where I get to meet hundreds of ambitious career-changers from al over the world, I am building my private life coaching practice to engage with my clients in a broader exploration of various themes around choice & life-design. I support all my clients on their pursuit to gain clarity and develop stronger sense of self-leadership as we all live for the first time one day at the time. Coaching is a very powerful tool that can help individuals gain clarity and revive their motivation. With that in mind I work mindfully and in a close partnership with my clients. As a member of the International Coaching Federation and follow its ethical guidelines in my work. As a facilitator and learning experience designer, I create trainings and workshops that invite participants to learn through lived experience and connection by applying improv theatre tools and methods. We are all born improvisers and I have found a lot of joy embracing this truth :) With my work I aim to connect my interests: transformational coaching + applied improvisation + learning design to design and facilitate human-centred learning experiences that help us grow with the times we are living through for the first time.
