About Renate Vogt

I am a visionary Executive whose insight and advocacy has helped transform the Australian energy industry for the better. I am an active listener and influential communicator, engaging stakeholders and empowering teams to optimise outcomes. I am also innovative and committed, championing change and delivering benefits for businesses and the communities they serve. I have over 21 years of experience across major organisations in the public and private sectors. As the General Manager at CitiPower, Powercor and United Energy, I have spearheaded the move to attract more female talent to a traditionally male-dominated industry; and transformed the culture into one that is customer-centric. I have also actively participated in the development of an energy transformation strategy, providing innovative, cost-effective solutions for the electrification of Victoria. Intelligent and perceptive with a strong sense of integrity, I bring the expertise and dynamism essential to securing ongoing success.
