About Rence Shabangu

As a dedicated leader and educator, I have honed my skills in science tutoring, data administration, and site coordination through my work with the Mamelodi Initiative. Over the course of several months, I began as a volunteer science tutor before quickly progressing to a vital role on the administrative team, where I served as a data administrator. Today, I am proud to serve as a Site Coordinator, responsible for driving social change and education for underprivileged youth. In addition to my work with the Mamelodi Initiative, I am also the Founder of Human Authentics, an organization that offers educational programs to educational organizations, and the Founder of Proscience Future Pathways Initiative, which runs under GapConnect. Through these organizations, I have helped empower students and educators alike, leveraging my expertise in STEM education and innovative programming to create lasting change. With a passion for education and social justice, I am committed to making a difference in the lives of those around me. Whether through tutoring, administrative work, or site coordination, I am dedicated to empowering underprivileged youth and creating a better future for all.
