About Renee Arnott

I offer coaching to leaders and mid career professionals working in Health and Community Services. I supervise and mentor Team Leaders to further develop leadership skills. I offer professional supervision for people of all professional backgrounds who want to develop their emotional and relational intelligence, to support and lead others. I am passionate about education, transformational leadership, mentoring and growth. I use my clinical skills as an Occupational Therapist and my knowledge of Human Resources as a professional supervisor, educator and leader to build emotional and relational intelligence in others. These skills assist me to empower others to increase their self awareness to enable flexible responses to shifting organisational and professional priorities. Leaders and educators who apply these skills in their roles further develop supported and resilient people, teams and cultures who feel understood and valued. I have worked in numerous education roles, within healthcare, schools and the University sectors. I have facilitated tutorials at Monash and Swinburne University, across OT Clinical Practice, Population Health and 'Simulated clinical placements'. I have been a Clinical Educator for Allied Health and for Advance Care Planning Australia. Developing others professional skills, communication skills and self leadership skills are my passion. I believe in creating positive transformational change in healthcare to benefit clients and employees. To develop thoughtful leaders and curious organisational cultures. I value diversity and inclusion, spaces where all people are supported for continuous growth and development. Community Health has taught me the value of inter-professional practice. OT has taught me the power of being a narrative, strengths based therapist. Coaching has taught me deep listening. Organisational Dynamics has taught me the power of the unconscious processes on group behaviour. Education has taught me empowerment of adults knowledge through reflective practice cycles. Healthcare has taught me patience. Leadership taught me to focus on creating opportunities for others to fly.
