Background

About Renee Barnier

As a Project Manager / Non-Technical Consultant for Cerner/Siemens Health Services with over 20 years of experience, I have a successful track record in planning and organizing client implementation and management activities. Part of my job includes consulting with clients in the healthcare industry, analyzing their present technologies and developing solutions to satisfy their operational needs. I keep projects moving ahead and proactively plan for potential issues, roadblocks, delays, or other risks by continuously monitoring the progress. The end result has been a very satisfied customer, revenue recognition and achievement of strategic goals and objectives. I enjoy challenges, and I am one who likes to get things done. One of my key strengths is building strong internal and external customer relations and communicating and interacting with IT staff, users and vendors to identify, investigate and make recommendations concerning infrastructure solutions. I have built a reputation as a trusted advisor / communicator and proficient in consulting on or leading project planning initiatives for clients.
