My background blends corporate expertise with entrepreneurial leadership, giving me a unique perspective on how to manage operations, finances, and client relationships at every level. At BlackRock (2021–2024), I supported critical business operations where I strengthened skills in data management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Earlier in my career, I founded and managed Smoked Out Catering, a Sacramento-based company recognized for quality service and community engagement. Running a business sharpened my expertise in bookkeeping, financial oversight, client relations, and strategic growth. My core skills include: Bookkeeping & Financial Management (QuickBooks, budgeting, reporting) Executive & Administrative Support (organization, scheduling, process coordination) Business Development & Strategy (growth planning, operations, client services) Event & Project Management (end-to-end execution and logistics) I’m passionate about creating systems that empower growth, whether for a business, a team, or an executive. Known for my organization, adaptability, and problem-solving, I thrive in roles that require both attention to detail and big-picture thinking. I’m currently focused on expanding my career in bookkeeping, executive support, and business operations, where I can continue helping businesses and leaders achieve efficiency, sustainability, and success.
