Over 25 years of experience in a leadership role with a broad range of environmental and land use planning in aviation, natural resources, energy and urban areas-Extensive environmental (planning and compliance), urban/land use, and aviation planning experience at large and medium hub airports as well as general aviation airports-Experienced in managing airport masterplans and public involvement-Experienced in coordinating with various stakeholders and public agencies-Experienced in environmental and land use planning for marine facilities- Experienced NEPA project manager, both small and large capital development projects as well as operational programs/projects- Experienced with implementing sustainability in an airport setting. Environmental sustainability lead in the Airport Futures Program, one of the first sustainable airport master plans-Experienced Project Manager and Land Use Planner. Successfully managed project completion on projects ranging from airport terminal improvements to large residential projects-Developed and implemented some of the earliest Airport alternative fuels programs (aircraft and ground vehicle fuels) and recycling programs-Served 5 years as Air Quality Program Manager, overseeing emissions inventories including Port’s 3 Airports Greenhouse Gas Inventories (GHG).
