I started in 1984 at Gordon's Restaurant, i then left and went to Caesars Atlantic City in 1991, I started as a Shift Supervisor and was Food and Beverage Manager when I left in 2004. I then went to Resorts as a Food and beverage Director running Food and beverage until 2014, I left to go to Tropicana where I was Assistant Vice President of food and beverage, running department from 2014 until 2018, I now am the Proud General Manager of a Carmine's Atlantic City, One of the busiest restaurant in AC! I have received several awards, Supervisor of the Quarter, Manager of the Year and the Leadership Award ( only for directors and above). My passion is Food and beverage, the guest and most of all the employees!
