About Renee Helsel

In 2007, I made the difficult decision to exit the corporate work force and focus full-time on raising the two specials needs children my husband and I had recently adopted out of foster care. Now….I’m back! As an Client Service Manager, my top skills included: • Product knowledge; This is critical and allows for effective meaningful communication and builds customer trust. • Organizational skills; Good organization translates to less stress. • Communication skills; Effective communication directly impacts your ability to provide top notch service. • Rapport-building skills; All other factors being equal, people most often conduct business with people they have a connection with. • Problem-solving skills; I appreciate new challenges and pride myself in knowing how to adapt to various situations or problems as they arise and not let them affect the quality of my work. • Finishing; My customers had confidence in knowing I would walk beside them from the purchase order to product delivery.
