About Renee Ji

I have known I would enter into a helping profession ever since I was quite young. I have always been naturally curious about people’s inner worlds along with having an innate interest in assisting others through the use of many supportive methods. Exploring what makes us ‘tick’, as well as, what maintains and grows our inner strength, led me to the counselling world. A multidisciplinary background has given me lots of insights about the experience as a newcomer. As a registered Social Worker, I comprehend the impact of cross-cultural experience and the complexity of life transition. During my daily work, I focus on bringing out people's inner strength and I'm constantly amazed by their resilience. Helping others is a privilege, and I'm always grateful for being allowed to assist those individuals and families in need. I believe resilient individuals and happy families build strong communities and better societies, and I am passionate about contributing my skills and energies in that process.
