About Renee Ledbetter

Renee has worked in the real estate industry for nearly two decades serving clients throughout California’s Central Valley. As a life-long resident of the Central Valley, Renee is very knowledgeable of Stanislaus, San Joaquin, Merced and Tuolumne counties and specializes in sales and leasing of single family residential, residential income and commercial properties. She also services the sales of businesses. Throughout her career she has sold over $85 Million in residential and commercial real estate. She is a Business Development Manager for EXIT Realty Consultants, managing the franchise’s Ceres office. She has over 25 years in public relations and communications experience in both the public and private sectors and is a member in good standing with the Central Valley Association of Realtors (CVAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR), and National Association of Realtors (NAR). Renee also serves as a General Consultant for the Valley Sierra Small Business Development Center, where she advises on business planning and marketing for pre-ventures, start-ups and existing business owners. She is currently serving her third year as a Board Member for the Ceres Chamber of Commerce, where she has also held the position of President for four consecutive years and the past Executive Director for another five years. She has been effective and successful in economic development efforts, attracting new businesses and retaining existing businesses in the Central Valley.
