Helping workplaces embrace neurodivergence. After 13+ years in recruitment and a degree in psychology, I always felt deeply for candidates—yet something was missing. My ADHD diagnosis changed everything. Now I help leaders and teams understand different brains so we can build more inclusive, fulfilling, and productive workplaces. As a talent sourcing and acquisition specialist I can help organisations fill urgent vacancies, plan for future talent shortage and how to prevent it. My passion is finding the right fit for the that open technical role companies find hard to fill, through sourcing, in depth interviewing and market analysis. I can help achieve a high performing and diverse workforce, unlock unexpected talent pools and design a robust, future proof and unbiased recruitment process.
