I recognise the importance of providing a service that is holistic, integrated and seamless. I have 10 years’ business sales experience in the Print and Advertising Industry, with a strong interest in Customer Relationship Management,(attending numerous professional advancement courses in recent years as well as obtaining an Advertising Practitioners Diploma). I have Trained and Presenting to large forums, and enjoy working in a team environment with the ability to also work autonomously. I have continued to work in this industry due to a love for the role but was sadly made redundant whilst on Maternity leave along with most of my Adelaide team. I am hands on and well versed in a wide and varied range of daily skills including, data entry with exceptional attention to detail whilst maintaining data integrity, cold calling, customer acquisition, campaign planning, time management, preparation of sales reports and presentations, training documents and material, presenting to large forums, client complaint resolution, business to business sponsorship, statistical analysis, stock orders, freight and coordinating client functions. I have a range of communication techniques which have included face-to-face negotiation with clients and industry Professionals, Government departments and Research centres, presenting to staff members, skills training as well as daily phone calls and correspondence. I have a good track record for submitting work on time and working ‘above and beyond’ what is asked of me. I have the ability to coordinate marketing campaigns from creation, print and mailing to databases as well as implement KPI’s to measure campaign effectiveness. always enjoyed supporting people and being part of a ‘working family’ and believe my contribution to would be outstanding and one that would make an immediate impact.
