Renée Pelland is a top selling agent at Century 21 In Town Realty and is a multiple award-winning REALTOR® and Property Manager based in Vancouver, BC. Renée specializes in residential real estate, pre-sales, court-ordered sales, assignments and property management throughout the entire Vancouver area and lower mainland. Renée graduated at the top of her class from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Post graduation she conducted academic research for the Head of the Psychology Department before moving to banking and investor relations where she gained valuable knowledge in the areas of finance and public relations. Renée completed her Real Estate Trading Services License at the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. Having grown up in the Vancouver area suburb of Tsawwassen, and as a long-time downtown Vancouver resident, she has first-hand knowledge of both downtown Vancouver and the surrounding areas.
