About Renee Trapp

I am a highly skilled Health Educator with over 15 years’ experience and feel fortunate to have found my passion in life and make it my career. I have worked in a health care setting delivering high quality care to patients though individual and group coaching, educating, and building strong relationships to help support long term healthy lifestyle behaviors. I assist individuals in establishing weekly nutrition and exercise plans, creating personal wellness goals and providing follow up accountability. I have a strong commitment and desire to help positively impact patient’s present and future health. I have worked closely in a team of professionals that include a nurse, dietitian, clinical psychologist and a medical director. Together we provide medical assessments and intervention with behavioral and educational treatment plans. By using my health and wellness background I hope to encourage others to lead a healthier lifestyle.
