THOUGHTS | BELIEFS I believe in our library’s mission statement: The Allegany County Library System enriches people’s lives by providing information, materials, services, and entertaining programs to promote our community, lifelong learning, and opportunity for all. I believe that early life experiences affect who we become. I am excited to share the imaginary world of books, because so much of what we see has been at some point, imagined. I want to help the library meet the needs of the people in the community and to engage people into the lifelong importance of libraries. AWARD-WINNING PERFORMANCE | SURPASSING TARGETED GOALS August 2014 - June 2018: I designed the layout, wrote content and disseminated our weekly library e-mail newsletter. The newsletter was named a 2015 All Star Award winner by Constant Contact. I deliver high-quality, creative promotional materials on time, on budget and in a manner that surpasses expectations. NETWORKING | CONNECTIONS I’m passionate about my work & like to connect with others, whether it be regarding the library or freelance graphic design projects. I want to network with other agencies & organizations to discuss good ideas & facilitate cooperative projects.
