Responsible for supporting Transformation Lead with the execution of all transformation interventions across the Company Group, ensuring that Company complies with legislative requirements and aligns to the business strategy. The key focus is to monitor implementation of various initiatives in areas of ownership, management control, employment equity (EE), skills development and preferential procurement (PP). Responsible for supporting development and implementation of the EE plan. Ensuring Legislative compliance, monitor transformation and legislative changes and updates, ensure compliance with relevant legislation e.g. Codes/Act, ensure audit and verification processes of Company's contributions are conducted on an annual basis Transformation strategy execution. Execution of detailed transformation implementation plans and initiatives, co-ordinate the execution of transformation strategy and communication for all related projects. Improve BEE transformation scorecard and build strategic relationships with relevant stakeholder. Supervising HR personnel, dealing with employee grievances and disputes, supporting employee development, enhancing job satisfaction, designing onboarding procedures, implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, forecasting staffing needs, mitigating risk, structuring benefit packages, maintaining employee records, managing budgets, designing accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall employment needs. Improve HR processes, implement strategies that support business growth, improve morale and employee retention, enhance safety and wellness, strengthen relations between staff and employers, manage job satisfaction, attract the best recruits, and promote the organization's values.
