About Renny Wickham

Renny is a member of the Benefiz Senior Management team. He manages the operational delivery of the Group Risk, Systems and Pension teams and is responsible for the relationships with strategic partners. Project Management Renny is an APMP qualified Project Manager with demonstrable stakeholder management skills, experience in managing large teams with a mixed level of seniority. He uses in-depth planning, communication and reporting to deliver projects to budget and on time. With nine years of project management experience Renny has managed multiple projects of different sizes through the full project lifecycle. Product Management In addition to his project management skills Renny has extensive experience and knowledge in the retail financial services sector performing proposition development, profitability analysis & forecasting plus pricing strategy. Renny challenges and vets new propositions and products together with managing their implementation and measuring their ongoing feasibility. Systems & Platforms Renny is an advanced user of MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint and MS Visio and has a good understanding of technology. He has worked on various benefit and reward platforms managing implementation, design and delivery. A genuine desire to be innovative and maximise the use of technology is one of Renny's goals. Administration Renny has solid administration skills, having managed various types and sizes of pension schemes.
