Once the realization set in that I will not make it as a pro dog trainer or an Air Force officer, I spent many days trawling the local press seeking the dream role that always seemed out of reach. So, got into marketing and business development for capital goods. Honed my people and negotiation skills, I moved cities and got into executive search. After over 15 years in executive search and managing client expectations, I get as excited today as I did back when I started to see expectations met, within the organization and at the clients’ end. Truly partnering with leaders, to help them think differently to attain the unattainable is what motivates me to continuously improve in this ever-evolving industry. When I'm not working, I am usually with guitar, keyboard, laptop or books… I am very much a kid at heart, love to cook, watch cartoons, stare at the night sky, and travel (whenever I'm awarded the opportunity). A voracious reader and passionate about books, cars, cartoons, comics and trivia (language, history & mythological). Born & bred among plants, I hope to have a farm stay away from the city someday. In short; a guitar playing, Certified Java Programmer with Microbiology degree, handling marketing of capital goods for the printing & packaging industry before moving on to handling senior / mid management positions across industry domains. A freelance musician, an amateur cook & an avid reader with a chronic penchant to the outdoors.
