I am a PCC(ICF) accredited NLP Leadership Coach, NLP Life Coach; Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst; Talent Strategy, Leadership and Talent Development specialist. I have 21 years of consulting, coaching and industry experience. My work experience spans across industry segments, large conglomerates, MNCs, Indian Government. I have delivered for over 100+ organizations. I have worked across cultures, with global workforce. I have delivered over 1850 hours in coaching; partnered with more than individuals across management levels in their assessment and development. My coaching is founded on ‘NLP-Coaching methodology’ developed by Alphastars Academy of Excellence - Richard Bandler, Grinder, their co-developers, Sat Khalsa, Siri Khalsa and Dr. David Rock’s Brain-based Coaching model. Through NLP Leadership coaching, I coach C-Suite, Sr. Mgmt, SBU/BU Heads, Sr.GMs/GMs, Sr.VPs/VPs. Through NLP Life Coaching, I coach adults from all walks of life. I have extensive experience in assessing talent at C-Suite, Senior and Mid-levels for purposes of making selection, promotion, succession, internal mobility, Business, M&A specific decisions and in identifying development needs. I have delivered as Lead Assessor and have trained assessors in several projects; designed assessment tools and development interventions’ processes. I have consulted organizations in developing Talent Strategy Roadmaps; Succession Planning; Psychometric Assessments; creating competency models. I am a faculty for Certification courses in Talent Strategy, Learning & Development, Executive Assessments. I deliver trainings in Behavioral Event Interview(BEI); Competency Based Interview (CBI); Competency Mapping; Objective Assessments; Assessor Training; Emotional Intelligence.
