Currently working as an Experienced User Acceptance Tester (UAT) and Deputy Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile SAFe environments, specializing in biopharma applications. I work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet business requirements, regulatory standards, and end-user needs. Actively involved in PI Planning to align UAT objectives with program goals, manage dependencies, and develop clear testing strategies for each increment. Skilled in supporting test document reviews, ensuring the creation of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices. I collaborate regularly with Product Owners to align on requirements and priorities, while working with managers to ensure effective timeline alignment. Additionally, I assist in identifying and tracking dependencies across teams and support hardware alignment for test environments. I am also engaged in Defect Control Boards to ensure prompt resolution of issues and actively participate in reviews and refinements to continuously enhance the testing process.
