I lead cross-regional engineering teams across Shanghai, Noida, and the U.S, driving collaboration, code quality, and timely delivery of complex systems. My work spans content infrastructure, build automation, and AI integration, balancing technical depth with business impact. Beyond engineering execution, I contribute to architectural design reviews, define engineering best practices, and mentor team members through regular 1:1s. I’m passionate about creating sustainable systems that enhance developer productivity and ensure platform reliability.
