My academic foundation, rooted in a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai, has been further strengthened by getting hands-on experiences and pursuing a Master's in the dynamic field of Biotechnology. I am deeply passionate about advancing drug development, particularly in the areas of immuno-oncology and molecular medicine. The rapid evolution of biotechnology, especially accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic, has only intensified my dedication to contributing meaningfully to this field. exploring the cutting-edge developments and innovations in immuno-oncology and molecular medicine. My expertise spans several specialized areas- Protein Chemistry: Skilled in protein expression, purification, and characterization- Cell and Molecular Biology: Proficient in techniques such as PCR, SDS-PAGE, Western Blotting, and Aseptic cell culture- Bioinformatics: Experienced with tools including BLAST, UniProt, PyMol for in-depth genomic data analysis and some basics of Python- Regenerative Medicine: Focused on the applications of CRISPR-Cas9. My undergraduate studies in Chemistry sparked a profound interest in Drug Discovery and Development, further enriched by internships, projects, and leadership roles that have honed both my laboratory and management skills. I am eager to connect with industry professionals and explore full-time opportunities that align with my goal of advancing biotechnology and improving healthcare.
