About Reshma Morada

Two decades of experience building products and leading teams across Meta, Google, and Microsoft. I've worked on products across consumer, enterprise, ads and retail. My journey has been fueled by a desire to work with incredible people and chase the collective feeling of landing something in the market that fits, feels bold, and makes us proud-[0->1] Started and grew a Google-branded accessories product line and cultivated a 3rd party ecosystem - launched a patented mechanism that makes it easy for consumers to change watch bands across the range of Android Wear smartwatches. Grew the team from 1 -> 12 PMs-[Turnaround + Growth] Overhauled pricing and go-to-market strategy for the Google Maps Platform (growing revenue 20x to over $1B in <2 years). Helped grow the org from 1] Founding member of the Microsoft Retail Stores - sourced the Fitbit and made MS Stored the first retailer to carry the product in 2010. At Meta, I led a team of PMs to build and launch growth products led two larger PM organizations (19 PMs) building a portfolio of 60+ products focused on internal collaboration and recruiting. After deciding to take a sabbatical to spend time with my family and travel, I boomeranged back to Meta and now am a PM lead within Infrastructure.
