I possess 2+ years of experience implementing HR & Accounts management practices regarding administrative services, personnel management, comprehensive HR documentation and day-to-day finance & accounting operations. As an accomplished Assistant HR with profound decision-making skills, I demonstrate aptitude in taking ownership in the smooth functioning of HR operations, assessing & resolving operational challenges, and delivering results within a stipulated timeline. With 6 months of experience as an assistant accountant at Al Wasmiya Group, Bahrain, my latest endeavour revolved around optimizing the HR operations at Real Taste group of companies W.L.L, Bahrain. I am currently open to accepting entry-level roles of Human Resource Associate anywhere in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Academically, I am a commerce graduate & hold an MBA degree in HR & Marketing.
