We are in the business of bridging the IT talent gap in Social, Mobile, Analytics, Cloud Computing, Digital, IOT, ERP and Emerging technologies. My recent assignments include leading the Customer Communications and Business Development for Rafih Auto Group. This includes Product awareness campaigns, renewal process customer retention and sales. I am a very process oriented individual with my passion to learn on the go. At Reliance Group I led the Contact Center Operations for mobile, Wireline and Broadconnect Business. My experience includes leading Service Assurance and Revenue Assurance divisions across multiple geographies including Asia Specific, North America, Australia, Canada etc, assuring revenues for this USD 15.4 Billion company. I am also passionate about putting my energy and skills to positive use by volunteering for the Art of Living - one of the world’s largest volunteer-based organization, the Art of Living is dedicated to creating a stress-free, violence-free society. When I am not at work, I am usually found having good discussions and healthy debates on social and political health, volunteering at schools and community centres, cooking and spending time with family.
