As a food industry leader with a bioprocess engineering background, I have a passion for driving innovation and excellence in food production and safety practices. I have a graduate certificate in Operational Leadership in Food Manufacturing from Conestoga College, where I learned how to apply effective management principles and strategies to optimize food processing operations. I am also HACCP certified and have a strong knowledge of food safety and quality assurance standards and regulations. Previously, I worked as a product application specialist at Ubio Biotechnology Systems, where I supported the adoption and integration of in-vitro medical equipment within clinical settings. I provided training and troubleshooting to healthcare professionals, developed marketing materials, and implemented quality assurance processes. I also collaborated with developers and vendors to ensure product functionality and customer satisfaction.
