About Reshmi K Chandran

With over 17 years of professional experience in the electrical manufacturing industry, I am a Engineering Manager at Noratel India Power Components P Ltd, a leading provider of customized transformers and power solutions. I have acquired BTech ESG, and Jira certifications, which demonstrate my commitment to sustainability and project management best practices. As a Design Manager, I lead and mentor a team of electrical and mechanical engineers to deliver new product development, quality and productivity projects that meet the QDC targets. I also delegate assignments and lead R&D to find the best ways to develop transformer designs that meet the specifications without compromising on quality within target cost. Additionally, I build and maintain customer relationships, seek feedback, identify new product improvements and development opportunities, and provide innovative solutions with a focus on sales. My mission is to create value for the company, the customers, and the society through transformer design and development.
