About Reshmi Nair

Reshmi holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management and a post graduate degree in Finance and Operations. She has over 10 years of IT industry experience in Service Management, Corporate Audits, Business Controls, RSA Archer development and Symantec Data Loss Prevention tool. She has extensive experience in Control testing, regression testing, sanity testing, project management office and RSA archer solutions development. Her capabilities as Archer developer resource include development of comprehensive RSA Archer sore solutions such as Security Operations Management v1.0, upgrade of business continuity management, vulnerability risk management, and authentication manager. She has worked in these projects from the white boarding sessions until the release of the final solution package. Reshmi has also been a part of the QE testing team wherein, sanity testing, QE testing and the finally regression testing is performed as part of finding issues/ conducting triage. She has worked across offshore and onshore teams to ensure quality deliverables are provided. She recently worked for one of the US Retails giants on Symantec Data Loss Prevention tool for Data monitoring and analysis, Incident Management, Fine tuning policies under Policy management, worked on adhoc client requests on Agent configuration and Endpoint checks.
