I, however, craved a career that blended the ancient wisdom of Ayurvedic medicine, which emphasizes well-being, with the effectiveness of modern healthcare systems. Action: Leveraging my background in Ayurveda, I pursued a career in healthcare administration. This unique perspective allowed me to bridge the gap between traditional practices and modern efficiency. I implemented initiatives that streamlined administrative processes while promoting a holistic patient experience. During my internship I have worked on a program that incorporated Ayurvedic pre-operative consultations, leading to reduced patient anxiety and faster recovery times. Result: By integrating Ayurvedic principles, I fostered a more patient-centered environment within the healthcare system. This resulted in improved patient satisfaction and staff morale. My efforts even led to the increase in positive patient feedback.
