I am a qualified Public Relations Practitioner with expertise across Consumer and B2B clients. These include the Cyril Ramaphosa Foundation, Mango Airlines, AEL Mining, Old Mutual, Allan Gray Orbis Foundation, L'Oreal South Africa and Disney Africa to name a few. Proficient in media relations, I have made appearances on SABC News (The Agenda), SABC 1 Daily Thetha and Galaxy Universal Network TV. I have also been profiled on SAFM, the Citizen, Your Family magazine, Sowetan and the Boksburg Advertiser, where I later interned as a junior journalist. My work ethic and passion are rooted in what was once said by renowned author, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie,"Power is the ability not just to tell the story of another person, but to make it the definitive story of that person." This enables me to offer my clients tailor-made strategy, content and branding solutions. My skills include content creation, public speaking, social media management, strategy development and media training. I am passionate about having conversations that move the world. This, as I have learnt from a TEDx Talk by Conversation Strategist, Nozipho Mbanjwa, is intentional, consequential and transformative. In my effort to start these conversations and change narratives, I started an initiative called Beautiful Scar, a platform where ordinary people, tell extraordinary life stories. This is done through a series of events that I facilitate. Public speaking is my greatest strength. I dream about and work towards standing on international platforms, speaking to a global audience. I am also open to voice over, news reading and podcasting opportunities.
