In my current role I take care of the whole recruitment process from end-to-end and my duties include hut not limited to the following- Provide Sales and Talent Acquisition support to the Business Development team and general Operations support to the business- Regular client and candidate liaison which includes client briefs, candidate interviews, candidate prepping and debriefing, as well as headhunting- Interact with professionals telephonically, including potential clients, candidates and relevant stakeholders- Preparation and presentation of contracts, job specifications, candidate reports and other documentation- Compile detailed industry mapping report through extensive research- Compile presentations- Company Social Media manager.
