As the HRGA Manager at PT. Mimaki Indonesia, a leading company in the printing industry, I oversee all aspects of human resources and general affairs for more than 100 employees. I have more than 14 years of experience in HRGA, including nine years in this company, where I started as an HR Generalist. I hold a Master of Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Law from Trisakti University, one of the top universities in Indonesia. My core competencies include creating and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits and payroll, conducting recruitment and training, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintaining industrial relations. I also handle the general affairs of the company, such as document management, building maintenance, asset control, and contract review. I am proficient in Microsoft Office and Business English, and I have strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. My mission is to support the company's vision and goals by providing effective and efficient HRGA services that enhance employee satisfaction, performance, and retention.
