As a Quality Engineer at Bittele Electronics, I apply my skills in Six Sigma and Quality Control to ensure the highest standards of quality for the electronic products we manufacture. I have over four years of experience in the quality assurance field, having worked as a Quality Technician at Bittele Electronics and as a Quality Assurance Technician at Microart Services Inc. before becoming a Quality Engineer. In my current role, I use quality improvement tools such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, and DMAIC to identify and resolve quality issues, improve processes, and reduce defects and waste. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers to implement quality standards and procedures, conduct audits and inspections, and provide feedback and recommendations. I am passionate about delivering quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations and contribute to the success of Bittele Electronics. I have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mar Baselios College of Engineering and Technology, Nalanchira, Thiruvananthapuram, which gives me a solid foundation in engineering principles and practices. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies that can enhance my quality engineering capabilities and help me achieve my professional goals.
