Reuben joins link with over 40 years of professional and business experience. Starting out as a Real Estate Agent in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, Reuben quickly rose to be a top producer in this industry. After establishing himself as an excellent salesperson, an opportunity to own his own business in another field emerged and before long Reuben had opened his first video rental shop, a small hole in the wall, in Maroubra Junction. Reuben was a pioneer in this industry and introduced cutting edge changes that turned the video rental industry upside down. His business grew quickly as a result and led to the establishment of 8 other outlets as well as upsizing two times his Maroubra store. The technological winds of change saw Reuben successfully sell his rental libraries and after a successful 20 year detour, Reuben resumed his career as a Real Estate Agent, again successfully focusing on the Eastern Suburbs. Reuben has been an avid backgammon player since his late teens. In his twenties, he was fortunate to become the Australian Backgammon Champion and that year represented Australia in Monte Carlo at the World Backgammon Championship. Reuben, for many years has also been involved with charities with The Variety Club Bash, a motoring event that raises money for kids in need. Becoming a Business Broker was an easy decision for Reuben. He is a real people person and having been a business owner himself, has a deep understanding of the hoops that business owners must jump through to be successful.
