As an HR recruiter at Sunrun, I leverage my skills in high-volume recruiting, networking, and relationship building to source top talent for technical and G&A positions. With a proven track record of managing a diverse, high-priority requisition load in a fast-paced environment, I consistently achieve high offer-to-interview ratios by carefully assessing candidates' motivations and cultural fit. I also contribute to special projects and recruiting initiatives, such as optimizing internal talent pipelines and assessing best practices for interview techniques. Prior to joining Sunrun, I gained valuable experience in retail sales and operations management, where I developed strong relationships with clients and store managers, delivered comprehensive training to new hires, and collaborated closely with sales leaders to drive team lead generation and sales targets. I have received a Master of Science degree in Strategic Human Resources at the University of Denver, further enhancing my knowledge and skills in the field.
