About Revanth Kaushik

As a human resources consultant, I supported the global head and the APAC people partner in executing the talent strategy for Rolls-Royce, a leading engineering company. I implemented HR policies, practices, and procedures, and contributed to the delivery of an integrated talent solution across the HR value chain. I have a strong academic background in business, management, and law, with two postgraduate degrees in progress, one in business administration from Deakin University, and one in labor and employment laws from Lawsikho. I also hold a postgraduate diploma in management from IMT Ghaziabad, and two undergraduate degrees, one in law from B.M.S. College of Law, and one in commerce from IEC University. I have developed skills in data analysis, business analysis, project management, quality and risk management, and change and ambiguity management, which enable me to deliver results and drive performance. I value collaboration, influence, strategic direction, and talent development, and aspire to grow as a leader and a professional in the HR field.
