About Revathi Narayan Kutty

I’ve always believed that the best learning comes from new experiences. Right now, I’m working at a global DX vendor company, getting a behind-the-scenes look at how large systems work and learning something new along the way almost every day. I started my career as a developer, and I’ve always enjoyed trying out different things to understand where I truly fit in this field. Moving between development, design, and now more coordination-focused work has taught me to be flexible and open to learning, even when things are unfamiliar at first. In my current role, I contribute as an associate in the IT-PMO for the operations team, where I assist with day-to-day operational tasks such as checking Magento order issues, validating data across systems, and supporting operational reporting. Alongside this, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to help define system integration and business use cases for Magento–AEP–Adobe Campaign implementations, and support high-level UAT to ensure everything works together as expected. With a few years of experience in e-commerce operations and system integrations, I’ve gained a strong understanding of how different teams, tools, and processes come together to support end-to-end functionality and reliability. Working in a different country and collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds has been a huge learning experience and has helped me grow both professionally and personally. I enjoy learning by doing, asking questions, and getting comfortable with things I haven’t done before. I strongly believe that trying new things in our field opens up immense opportunities — it helps us stay adaptable, curious, and constantly learning. And most importantly, it keeps the work interesting and fun.
