I started working for Harmony Gold mine in 2003 as a labourer underground and was promoted on the 1st July 2006 as a secondary skills development facilitator.In 2008 November Harmony was taken over by Rand Uranium and was appointed as a Primary Skills Development facilitator for 3 shafts and 1 plant.In 2012 again Rand Uranium was taken over by Gold 1 and bought First Uranium ( Ezulwini) and it was added to my area of responsibilities until Sibanye bought all these shafts in 2014 and was moved to Kloof shaft in 2017 January working as Skills Development Facilitator for all the shafts mentioned above.I got retrenched in November 2017 for operational requirements.
