About Rex Han

Rex Han is a dynamic and ambitious designer with 12 years experience in a wide range of sectors with award-winning projects covering retail centre, retail focused TOD, resort, office, hotel, residential, sports facility and university. Recently his design also included adaptive re-use of old buildings and revitalization of urban areas in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Osaka and several other South East Asian urban centres. Since graduating from South China University of Technology with a degree of Architecture & Landscape Design, he has worked in several well-known international teams. His attention to design and excellent problem-solving skills ensure that every project he worked on is done accurately and to the highest possible standard. He is comfortable working as part of a team but also has the ability to take an authoritative role when the situation arises. His verbal communication skills and positive attitude make him an effective communicator with all clients he works with. An excellent working knowledge of construction administration is also one of his strong points.
