He is still the Board of Directors and Academic Director of his own private secondary school /college in his home town Chitwan,Nepal, South Asia. So he is so far familiar with maintaining quality education, behaviour management,child protection and safeguarding policy for students (ages 3-19). Further, He is a committed student, studied B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics; M.Sc. in Pure Mathematics. So he is life time member of the Nepal Mathematics Society. Further, He has just completed his Business Administration study, MBA with advanced practice with DISTINCTION in last two semester from the Ulster University, London.Also played the effective class representative role in fourth semester. London, UK has grown his management, administration and leadership skills. He did quantitative dissertation in MBA where he established the relationship between Private School principals’ managerial self-efficacy towards its business performance. Even further, he has also been studying MPhil in Mathematics Education at Nepal Open University. Now, he has been working on his quantitative research here too,to find the relation of mathematics self-efficacy of secondary school students towards their achievement on mathematics performance as a part of the dissertation. After, his teaching GCSE Mathematics Tutor role, he did the role of Cover supervisor /exam Invigilator/ Reader and Scriber role in secondary school/college in Greater London. Being strong Mathematics knowledge and supportive knowledge in physics and chemistry, he is committed to transferring my knowledge, experience to new young minds. Finally,to learn and explore British education system he has started to work at Leigh Academy, Bexley, Greater London as a Maths/ Science full time Cover Supervisor. Moreover, he want to study QTS with PGCE course along with a salary/bursary in UK. He is very eager to gain Qualified Maths Teacher's Status from UK. Then after, he have planned to study PhD Mathematics Education with TA scholarship. Finally, he want to transfer his entire mathematical knowledge and experience to the young minds to the end of his entire life. He want to say himself as A dedicated Mathematician! Thank You!
