About Rey Berrones

Certified martech funnel builder, AI implementation strategist, and lifelong storyteller who’s been hands-on with digital transformation, taking complex technology and make it work for people, not the other way around. I've been building and optimizing marketing funnels, with a particular soft spot for customer experience (because what's the point of amazing tech if it doesn’t make customers happy?). I’ve helped businesses rooted in tradition grow into modern, scalable, technology enabled organizations. Whether it’s rolling out full-stack CRM solutions, architecting e-commerce onboarding flows, or cracking the code on brand storytelling that actually connects with human beings, I specialize in connecting the technical with the relatable. Strategy in the front, automation in the back—like a well-groomed marcom mullet. I’ve led successful technology implementations in the real world (read: not just PowerPoint deck theory), including Salesforce integrations, persona-driven website overhauls, and translating complex marketing funnels into team-ready playbooks. I’m now focused on evolving marketing stacks to embrace automation and AI. That’s where the industry’s heading, and I like to clear the path before the robots take over.
