I have over 22 years of construction experience. My background includes Project Superintendent, Area Superintendent, Journeyman, and General Foreman on various projects. As a Project Superintendent, I support the field operations and project director, and direct and coordinate the activities of the various subcontractors, material suppliers and trade labor groups. I have proven to be successful in supervising these activities by communicating with and directing the superintendents for the different suppliers, sub-contractors and trades or craft workers. Additionally, I have taken part in value analysis sessions, constructability reviews and recovery planning and facilitate trade contractor meetings, field issue resolution, quality control and building department interface.
