About Rey Saeed

Hello! My name is Rey Saeed and I’m a University of West Florida graduate with a B.S in information technology. I have experience developing applications in Java, C++, Python, and GO using VScode, I also have 2+ years of experience in developing backend support for these applications using SQL & noSQL to create database infrastructures. I also have experience relating to the development of MEAN (MongoDB, Express, Angular, node) and LAMP (Linux OS, Apache, MySQL, PHP) stack applications. Additionally, I have experience using GIT(lab & hub) to implement version-control solutions, an understanding of web APIs such as SOAP and REST; and experience in building application images, containers, and registries using Docker & docker-compose. I’ve also got plentiful experience in monitoring servers and network analytics via Windows server manager, I have experience in managing server roles and server security protocols (firewalls, VPNs, and group policy). I have 2+ years of Cisco networking coursework that taught me how to design, deploy, and maintain controller-led & multidomain network architectures for organizations of various sizes; this encompasses knowledge of switching, routing, and implementing essential services such as DNS, DHCP, and VLANS into the network. I also have a working knowledge of AWS (S3, ECR, EC2, RDS, etc.)
