My duties require me to operate, troubleshoot, and repair three phase separators, heaters, manifolds, sand separators, flare stacks, etc. Ensure that the well testing operation maintains quality and safety standards. Provide supervision of my staff that they have knowledge and understanding of the task to be performed. Ensure the customer is satisfied with the service provided including the accuracy of all data and reports provided. Conduct safety meetings daily. Experience in highly specialized equipment to safely meet virtually every production testing need including Texas state regulatory test (RRC forms for G-1, G-5, G-10, W-2, etc.). Also experienced in obtaining fluid levels in casing using acoustical sounder, and figuring depth using acoustical velocity method. Plan, estimate, schedule and expedite production operations involving the recurring/nonrecurring maintenance, modification, repair, fabrication and overhaul of a variety of industrial equipment (lease equipment, de/hy, heater treaters, etc). Review work request and analyze information from technical data; site inspections, shop supervisors and engineers to determine requirements for the work. Prepare the scope of work package, which outlines the specific process, materials, labor, skills and equipment for the work request. Establish general priority based upon required delivery date, urgency of work projects, investigate problems, recommended and implement corrective actions. Review cost information to ensure project is within cost estimates and funding guidelines coordinate with customers or appropriate personnel if project requires additional funds. I have a good mechanical aptitude, mathematical skills, work ethic. Good interpersonal, mentoring and training skills. Self motivated and can work independently with no supervision. I have computer skills including MS Office and Company software.
