Firstly thank you for visiting my profile and taking time to learn more about me. My journey within the medical recruitment industy begun in 2012 when a friend of mine who knew me to be what is best described as a 'People's person' strongly encouraged me to get into the recruitment sector recognising that my personality traits were well suited to the role. Upon embarking on my consultancy role I dedicated myself fully to learning what it took to become well versed in all required areas. After many years and many many hours dedicated to building my industry knowledge and my relationships with our locums (Nurses and HCA's) I am proud to be recognised as the top biller of one of the UK's top medical recruitment businesses DRC Group for the last 9 years. I have received awards from none other than James Caan for such achievements of which was a very proud moment and reinforced my ethos that a strong work ethic combined with acting with integrity, transparency and a firm but fair nature brings its rewards.
