I graduated with honors from the University of NewMexico - Anderson School of Management with a Bachelor and an Master's degree (MBA) with a focus in Human Resources Management and Organizational behavior. My work experience expands over different Manufacturing sectors, and it has become a passion of mine to be a part of a big process that has a positive and effective outcome in people's lives. My professional mission is to create a positive and healthy work environment. A workplace where employees feel valued and find pride in what we do. I work alongside leaders, developing and implementing plans that are proactive and align with the company's core values. Life is too short to not enjoy what we do for a living!
